NOTE TO AUTHORS:

CEIDP is a participatory conference in which a high degree of author interaction is encouraged. At least one of the authors of an accepted paper must register as presenting author before September 01, 2024. Each presenting author is permitted to present two papers at most. The paper identification number(s) must be provided by the presenting author during registration. In any case where a paper is not presented by one of its co-authors, for any reason, the paper will not be published in IEEE Xplore.

The abstract is limited to 1 page maximum.

Registration of one author is required for full-paper. Registration is free and does not require conference fee payment for abstract submission.

ABOUT THE FULL-PAPER:

Deadline for full-paper submission: June 01, 2024.

The full paper is limited to 4 pages. An extra fee of 100USD will be charged for each extra page.

IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF):

If you are an author submitting a manuscript to the IEEE CEIDP, you must also submit an IEEE Copyright Form to the designated organizer/publication chair of your conference. This will be possible through the use of the IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF).

Please note: If you do not complete a publication agreement with IEEE by means of signing and submitting an IEEE Copyright Form, your paper cannot be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore.

The IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF) will be to fill online and will be required after full-paper acceptance only. The IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF) are available hereafter.

Before creating the PDF version of your final manuscript for upload on Conftool, please add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document as per the following steps.

-For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: Available soon

-For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: Available soon 

-For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: Available soon

ABOUT THE PRESENTATIONS:

Basic information regarding the plenary and poster formats are available below and in the provisional conference program.

Oral presentations:

Each presenter has 20 minutes available, maximum 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Presenters can use the house style of their institution for slides and provide preferentially a PPT file. 

Poster presentations :

Each poster may be up to 36 inches wide by 48 inches high i.e. 90 cm wide by 120 cm tall, accommodating European paper size A0.
