Note to the authors:

CEIDP is a participatory conference in which a high degree of author interaction is encouraged. At least one of the authors of an accepted paper must register as presenting author before September 14, 2020. Each presenting author is permitted to present two papers at most. The paper identification number(s) must be provided by the presenting author during registration. In any case where a paper is not presented by one of its co-authors, for any reason, the paper will not be published in IEEE Xplore.

The full paper is limited to 4 pages. An extra fee of 100USD will be charged for each extra page.

There are two types of sessions at 2020 CEIDP:

Plenary – papers selected for plenary sessions have up to 15 minutes allocated
for presentations. Afterwards there is time for questions to the authors. In
case there are a large number of questions, Zoom breakout-rooms are available
to enable further discussion with authors. PDF or PPT copies of the
presentations (50 MB size limit) should be uploaded to ConfTool by the 17th of
October. Only the respective session chairs will have access to these
presentations. Plenary presentation files will be deleted after the

Poster – these are open sessions where authors can present their poster (one
single page, in landscape format) for 3 to 5 minutes. About 1-3 minutes for
questions from the audience are available after each poster. For more
detailled discussions, Zoom breakout-rooms can be used. This can be done in
parallel, but we recommend to use these rooms after the open sessions. Posters
need to be uploaded as PDF or PPT document on ConfTool by 12th of October. All posters will be made available for download to participants ahead of the
sessions as a PDF.
